Hint:
There are EXT that write their form-input into a database table. These 
database entries could be exported as cvs so you have a fine input for 
Excel or Word. So you can do some "datamining" with Excel.

Look for "survey" and "form". I had used a survey (ms_survey but now 
pbsurvey looks interesting too) with some small modification 
(export-filter).
