This is more like the "let's have TV without TV" idea, that appeared on
the roadmaps. I'm not sure if it's related to this thread.

My main point is mainly to have something for additional single fields
in a record or an easier * way to plugin configuration

Whar you'r talking about is if I get it right the possibility to have
nested columns.

* easier means: simpler field access from PHP, field configuration via
page TS and the possibility to move fields from one sheet to another
just as you can do with normal fields.
